Quick answers
- Tango says my device isn't supported. Dual capture needs iPhone XS / XR or newer — it is an Apple hardware limit, not a setting.
- The camera is black. Open iOS Settings → Tango and switch Camera and Microphone on, then reopen the app.
- My captures aren't saving. Allow Photos access (Settings → Tango → Photos) and check you have free storage.
- I bought the unlock on another device. Open Settings in Tango → Restore Purchase, signed in with the same Apple ID.
- I want a refund. Purchases go through Apple — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Is there an Android version? The Google Play build is on the way.
